
At little more about me!
In my life so far, I have been many things that I am proud of - Taekwondo Instructor, Pro Wrestler, Husband and Father.
But longer than any of those things, the most time I have dedicated my life to is being a Chef!
It is my craft, it’s what I’ve dedicated most of my adult life to, it is what I'm skilled at!
Throughout my time as a chef, and the establishments and businesses I have been privileged to work at, I’ve been afforded many fantastic experiences and opportunities.
I’ve cooked and catered for so many weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, golf days, gala dinners, whisky flights, degustation events, you name it!
I’ve cooked for legendary Australian athletes like Olympian Sally Pearson, Queensland Rugby League Legends Wally Lewis and Paul 'Fatty' Vautin, Australian Cricket Legend Greg Ritchie and New Zealand Cricket Royalty Sir Richard Hadlee.
I’ve catered events for luxury brands the likes of Mercedes Benz, BMW and Lexus. I’ve cooked for Channel 9, Qantas, the Queensland State of Origin Team and even made sandwiches and fruit salad for The Wiggles!
During my time working at Dreamworld as Head Chef of Events, I was directly responsible for preparing and executing catering launches for Dreamworks Kung Fu Panda and The Land of Awesome, as well as the opening of Dreamworld Coroboree.
I also worked alongside Australian Culinary Pioneers Raymond Kersh for Naidoc Week, and Philip Johnson for events hosted at the Big Brother House. I even got to sit in diary room!
I’ve collaborated on dinners with Henschke Wines , Glenfiddich Whisky and Champagne Pommery, as well as countless other banquets and special events.
